Job Summary:

The Clinical Research Project Supervisor will join the Department of OB/GYN's clinical research office that provides clinical research coordination and regulatory support services to faculty, staff, and trainees conducting obstetrics and gynecologic-related research. Under direction of the Clinical Research Manager, the incumbent will provide clinical support, leadership, and supervision to a variety of departmental divisions as it pertains to clinical research study activation, protocol compliance, study conduct, and completion. The incumbent will work independently and as a part of a group on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing projects based upon deadlines using initiative and good judgement. The incumbent must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience with clinical research
- 1 year experience in basic sciences, biomedical or related field

Preferred Experience
- 1 year experience in the supervision of full-time staff
