Major/Essential Functions
This individual will support the SHP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team by providing overall management of the CRM functionality to include applications, document management, inquiry and prospect data uploads, queries and reporting, communication support, event management, user training, and system integrations. Individual will oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the Slate CRM platform for the School of Health Professions instance.
This position can work on campus, remotely or se a hybrid schedule.
Job Functions
Responsible for the overall design, administration, maintenance, and support of the Technolutions Slate CRM platform.
Provide CRM administrative support for the SHP Office of Admissions and Student Affairs leadership team.
Work collaboratively to support the SHP Office of Admissions and Student Affairs (Recruitment and Engagement, Prospective Student Advising, Application, Admissions, Enrollment Management, Digital Marketing, New Student Onboarding) leadership team.
Provide overall management of the Slate CRM functionality to include applications, document management, inquiry and prospect data uploads, communication support, event management, user training, and system integrations.
Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the Slate CRM platform for the School of Health Professions instance.
Design, maintain, and enhance custom online portals for prospects, applicants, admission committees, admitted and current students.
Works as part of the SHP Slate team to ensure integrity of prospect/applicant/student data, and assists with routine daily, monthly, and yearly data quality and integrity checks to maintain accuracy of prospective student data (e.g., bounced email addresses, finding duplicate records and consolidating, correcting preferred names, etc.).
Perform system configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and quality control processes for all online applications, from submission through decision release.
Responsible for integration of admission and student information data systems between Slate CRM and Banner, Axiom, Xtender, Liaison Applications.
Responsible for data import for all inquiries, prospects, and applicants from internal and external systems and vendors.
Provide support of Slate's functionality in the areas of applications, event management, queries, form development, document management, communications, workflow maintenance, data uploads.
Provide integration support for data needs with outside vendors (ie. Banner, Axiom, Xtender, WebAdmit Application, etc..)
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes in Slate, and data integration between Slate and other systems.
Identify, collaborate, and incorporate new Slate CRM functionality and enhancements; to include timelines, testing, documentation, and execution of a training plan.
Primary technical liaison for Slate CRM.
Provide end user training and support, to include managing user accounts, profiles, permissions, and onboarding new users.
Support new SHP CRM initiatives.
Be an active member of the Slate community, to include but not limited to; attend the annual Slate Summit conference, webinars, and other professional development opportunities
