The Division of Mathematics and Computer Information Sciences offers majors in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Mathematics-Interdisciplinary, and Mathematics Education, minors in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, and Statistics, and also teaches pre-engineering and general education courses. The Division is also pursuing majors in Data Science and Engineering. The Division has 6.5 full-time faculty and approximately 55 major students.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Job responsibilities include teaching a reduced load (averaging 9 credits per semester) of undergraduate computer science courses, scholarship (preferably involving undergraduates), student mentoring, building partnerships with regional industry, curriculum development, and university service.
Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
- Possession of or pursuing an earned doctorate in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Experience
- Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles.
- Prior undergraduate teaching experience preferred.
