The Department of Spanish and Portuguese at New York University
seeks one full-time Spanish Clinical Associate Professor to begin
January, 2022; pending administrative and budgetary approval. This
is a non-tenure track appointment. M.A. minimum with Ph.D.
preferred. Candidates should have native or near native fluency in
Spanish, and English, at least six years experience and
demonstrated evidence of excellence in language teaching at all
levels. Preferred skills: training in applied linguistics,
language acquisition methodologies, experience coordinating
and the use of technologies applied to second language
instruction. Course load: teaching three classes per
semester.
