The student body at USC is extraordinarily diverse; it is racially and ethnically a majority/minority population with a full range of expressions of gender, ability, and sexual identities that we embrace as a source of institutional strength and community pride. We are seeking to create as diverse a pool of candidates as possible which reflects the broad spectrum of identities. We encourage applications from candidates from under-represented racial and ethnic communities in Classical music and higher-education, and those with significant experience in amplifying marginalized voices.

proudly pluralistic and firmly committed to providing
equal opportunity for outstanding candidates of every race, creed, and background.
