Routing Dispatcher I

  • Responsibilities:
    Acts as point of contact for Work Order Control and Transportation Services correspondence, including responding to inquiries and resolving problems.

    Assist with the customer service support operations of Work Order Control by creating, assigning, dispatching and closing work orders.

    Provide clerical support for Transportation Services by reviewing, scheduling and approving trip requests; maintaining records; and preparing and processing forms and reports.

    Performs other clerical duties to assist Facility Management business operations including checking reports, copying and filing.

    Remains attentive to changes in internal and external financial operating policies from the State, University and Facility Management.

    Ability to operate a personal computer and maintain University ECOM Account.

    Ability to operate state vehicles as required by the position in accordance with Federal and State Law (to include appropriate licensures).

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    High School graduate or equivalent
  • Starting Salary: $12/hr
