applications for the position of Registrar.
The position of Registrar is responsible for planning,
organizing, facilitating, and evaluating the services, functions,
and processes in the Registrar’s Office; manages department
personnel, ensures the integrity, management, and enhancement of
the Ellucian/Colleague administrative software; provides accurate
and current enrollment data for reporting and planning purposes;
administers institutional academic policies; ensures the accuracy
and security of student transcripts and pertinent records, in
compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of
- Master’s degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years
- Operational knowledge of Ellucian Colleague to include
programming and data entry.
- Strong and demonstrated interpersonal leadership,
communication, and organizational skills, and able to multitask
when conducting the assigned functions.
- Currency in federal, state, local, and institutional policies
that relate to academic records, institutional research and
reporting, and institutional accreditation.
