Salary: $14.00 per hour

MVCC is seeking to fill a part-time position in our Center for Corporate and Community Education (CCED). The Fitness Center Monitor will be stationed at the North Utica Community Center (NUCC) in Utica, NY. This staff member is responsible for assisting in meeting the CCED mission by providing support at our partner site, overseeing the usage of the NUCC fitness center during open gym hours.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring safe use of fitness center equipment
  • Monitoring attendance at open gym hours
  • Serving as point of contact for the fitness center during specified hours
Qualifications:


Required Qualifications:
  • Must hold current First Aid and CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the field of health and fitness
Special Instructions to Applicants: Successful applicants must hold a current First Aid and CPR certification. Official academic transcripts required upon hire.
