Dir, Facility Instructional Sites - (STA008724)

Directs the administration and operations for Facilities Maintenance for the Instructional sites. Budget oversight, strategic management, and implementation. Oversees small construction projects, contracts, key control, building coordination and HVAC programming.

1. Directs the daily operations, manages supervisory staff and oversees the hiring, training, evaluation and discipline of all facilities maintenance personnel.
2. Inspects work sites, facilities and building to ensure smooth operation and mitigate issues.
3. Works with Planning and Construction to facilitate projects for instructional sites to include but not limited to negotiating cost estimates.
4. Develops internal operational policies.
5. Maintains inventory of tools and supplies as well as all key records.
6. Manages annual budget for Instructional sites.
7. Serves as primary building coordinator, participating in planning and implementing strategic plans for instructional sites.
8. Serves as emergency response team for the instructional sites.
9. Ensures high level of customer service and timely delivery of projects.Performs other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications :

Bachelors and 5 years experience

Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related professional experience.
