Job Description
This position is responsible for providing recruiting, marketing and alumni engagement support for online graduate degrees. Additional duties will include graduate-level instruction. Primary reporting accountability is to the Deputy Director of the organization and to the Director of Marketing.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business, marketing, sustainability, or other related/relevant area.
• Extensive project management experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high attention to detail
• Ability to plan and prioritize work requirements and demonstrate independent decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekend hours consistent with student needs.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Expertise in environmental communications
2. Marketing experience in higher education
