Position Purpose
To assist in the marketing, management and implementation of career-related activities and events, both virtual and on-campus, to support undergraduates. Provides overall administrative support to the department and represents Office to internal and external constituencies, including employer representatives.

Associates plus 1-2 year(s) of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
· Associate degree and two years relevant work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
· Strong commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse student, employer, and campus community
· Ability to quickly learn and develop proficiency with various computer applications
· Ability to handle fast paced, high volume of work with strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong and concise writing skills, with the ability to synthesize information
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Experience creating marketing materials, developing social media content.
· Experience using career platforms
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (including Excel), Google suite, and/or Canva
· Familiarity with Qualtrics or other survey software
