About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director of Business Process Innovation - Enrollment Systems, the Enrollment Systems Analyst will help to support the university's graduate enrollment systems, including Apply Yourself, CAS application systems, Global Pathways, and test score systems. The Enrollment Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison to graduate and professional enrollment units across Northeastern's global network of campuses, programs and technology support teams. They will work to maintain and document requirements for new and existing enrollment processes, and work to optimize processes in Apply Yourself and other enrollment systems. They will work with admissions users to troubleshoot any issues that may arise across Apply Yourself and the impacted downstream systems.

The Enrollment Systems Analyst will serve on the Strategic Enrollment Initiatives team, working to oversee a diverse set of enrollment systems and processes to ensure the most efficient and streamlined.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
  
  
• Experience working with Apply Yourself is a plus
  
  
• Minimum of 2 years of system maintenance or programming experience
  
  
• Proactive, Innovative, self-starter who is flexible and can operate under pressure
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people of all backgrounds and levels
  
  
• Hands on experience with database management systems such as SQL server and Oracle, HTML, C#, ASP.
