The Director of Admissions shall report directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management.  

The Director shall manage a professional and highly productive Admissions Office. Organize and manage first-time entering, transfer, international, high school concurrent and non-degree seeking enrollment processes. In addition, serve on the Admissions, Scholarship, and Registration Committees. This is a full time, 12-month position with benefits.​

Requirements​

  • Successful Admissions Director experience.

  • Strong college recruitment experience. 

  • Strong management & training experience.

  • Ability to create a rare prospective-student visit and enrollment experience.

  • Be able to follow oral and written instructions & be independently creative.

  • Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Work effectively & professionally with a team.

  • Work independently as needed to support the group effort.

  • Available to work flexible hours when needed.

  • Strong oral communication skills, detail oriented, and Proactive. 

  • Thrives on genuine interpersonal connection.

  • Ability to report recruitment activity on a weekly basis.

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar database software products. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, WORD, and PowerPoint.

  • Qualifications 

    A qualified applicant will be experienced in ethical college undergraduate Admissions practices . Communication skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and appearance must be excellent. Represent the college in a professional manner. Bachelors or Masters Degree; 2+ years experience. The candidate must support the Christian identity of the college and demonstrate mature faith, Christian lifestyle, and a strong belief in the Baptist doctrine. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the VP for Enrollment Management or other appropriate administrators.
