SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Answering to the Dean of Continuing Education, the Program Director is responsible for the all aspects of the Lifelong Learning Program, and assists the Dean in other tasks as enumerated.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee all aspects of the Lifelong Learning Program
- Manage Course Offerings
- Recruit & onboard Instructors
- Plan events
- Develop and execute strategies and programs that result in its growth.
- Develop and Execute sales and marketing strategies as they pertain to Lifelong Learning and Corporate Training
- Manage course offerings for Corporate Training
- Manage provider administration websites.
- Organize regular meetings, implement guidance, provide reporting.
- Submit payment information to the Payroll office for instructors.
- Supervise student workers and staff as needed
- Manage and coordinate meetings with Leadership or Advisory Boards
- Serve as Point of Contact for other College offices
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exhibit good judgment in making decisions concurrent with College policies.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- An understanding of the adult learner.
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time and occasionally walking and standing.
- Climbing, walking, crouching, repetitive motions, and ability to communicate appropriately with students/colleagues.
- Occasional hours outside the normal College work day, specifically evening or weekend hours during peak processing times.
- Occasional travel to attend training and conferences.
- Ability to use telephone and able to public speak on a regular basis.
