The Part Time Event, Engagement and Stewardship Coordinator oversees logistics and keeps new campus engagement and stewardship on schedule while introducing, engaging, and re-engaging students, alumni, and community members and donors as well as encouraging a sense of excitement, optimism and confidence about College of the Mainland. The successful candidate will strengthen lines of communication by maintaining an up-to-date master schedule and calendar noting engagement opportunities to be achieved and posting real time commitments and workflow. Minimum Education/Training/Experience
Associates Degree or higher and a minimum of one (1) year experience setting up events, engagement and/or stewardship activities. Preferred Education/Training/Experience
Associates degree or higher, and experience in working with students of higher education and advancement experience preferred. Minimum Knowledge & Skills
• Able to see the big picture as well as the small details. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

• Creativity in developing events and methods for engaging an audience and creating awareness toward success of a goal.

• Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Able to prioritize under deadline pressure.

• Strong communicator with skills in writing and public speaking.

None Job Duties
o Plan and execute campaign, outreach and stewardship related events.
o Oversee event arrangements (location, food and beverage, décor, maps, signage, etc.)
o Ensure invitations are sent and RSVPs are secured from staff, volunteers and donors,
o Ensure agendas for events are prepared, all meeting material (print, audio visual, etc.) are provided and in working order, and roles of participants are clearly communicated,
o Assist with arrangements for prospect and donor meetings.
o Make meeting arrangements for front-line fundraising staff to host and provide staff support.
o Prepare donor packets and collateral materials for the donors.
o Make restaurant reservations, coordinate schedules with staff, volunteers and donor prospects, and confirm meeting arrangements with all participants,
o Be sure donor is thanked appropriately and receives any follow-up materials or action promised at the meeting.

Physical Requirements
No or very limited exposure to physical risk. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Must be willing to travel for college business if necessary.
