Vice President & Chief Information Officer

Department: President's Office

Summary Description:
Manages the information technology division, infrastructure, application development, and staff. Serves as the leader in charge of technology strategies and solutions. Determines the optimum plan in terms of sources to support the objectives of the college.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with substantial experience at increasing levels of responsibility in the ITS field, or a combination thereof, with at least 3 years as a leader in an IT department where effective management skills were required. Proven exceptional skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders and from different cultural backgrounds and exercise excellent communication skills. Possess deep and current knowledge of IT technologies. Ability to work closely with the Board, faculty, and other senior staff members.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business or technology; best practices and internal and outsourced methodologies/processes in an academic environment
