The Department of Counseling, Leadership & Special Education in the College of Education at Auburn University at Montgomery ( AUM ) is accepting applications for a 9 month tenure-tack Assistant/Associate Professor of Instructional Leadership. The candidate selected for this position will start June 2022 or August 2022. Candidates must hold an earned doctorate in Instructional Leadership or the equivalent. A minimum of three years of preK-12 experiences as an assistant principal, principal, or district level administrator is required and experience in public schools is preferred. The successful candidate will teach in an online, face-to-face and/or off-site setting. The candidate will teach graduate level instructional leadership courses, supervise leadership experiences in school and school district settings, develop and maintain university-school relationships, collaborate with diverse populations, and assume other teaching and professional responsibilities. Evidence of scholarly productivity or a well-developed research agenda is preferred.
