A Student Cook designation means a student possesses kitchen experience and has demonstrated the skill set necessary to do the job of a Cook.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up their work station
• Completes food production tasks assigned (chopping, frying, grilling, and baking)
• Ability to read and execute written recipes
• Competent in large kitchen equipment operation
• Understands Workplace and Food Safety
• Works well as part of a team
• Closes and cleans their work station

Minimum/ Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior food production is required
• You will be required to obtain a ServSafe Certification within one month of hire
