ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES – Immunology/Biochemistry Thomas More University, located in Crestview Hills, KY, in the Greater Cincinnati Area is a small, private liberal arts university offering undergraduate and graduate programs. All members of the community must commit to advancing the University’s Catholic mission and values.

The Department of Biological Sciences invites applicants to apply for a full-time, renewable, assistant professorship beginning August 2022. A Ph.D. from a regionally accredited university is required. The position requires broad training in the cellular/molecular biology field and biomedical sciences, including the expertise to teach upper-level undergraduate courses such as Biochemistry, Immunology, and Microbiology. In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to teach various lower-level courses for majors and non-majors.

Successful candidates must provide evidence of quality teaching experience. In addition to teaching, the position will require academic advising for departmental majors, service on university committees, continuing scholarly engagement, and collaborative research with undergraduate students.
