Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range: $4,853.33 to $5,200 per month

This full-time, probationary, exempt position includes full benefits. Athletic Corporation employees are at-will.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to support the various operations of the volleyball program. The position will produce video and photo content that portrays the Women’s Volleyball story, while maintaining a consistent creative brand and tone across all social media platforms; operating within the athletic department standards. Additionally, this role will provide operational and administrative coordination in the areas of team travel/logistics, equipment and facilities, business operations and budget functions, community service opportunities, alumni relations and student- athlete support.

Key Qualifications
  • Knowledge of NCAA policies and procedures, ability to abide by NCAA Rules and University policies
  • Problem solving skills, multi-tasking abilities, critical and innovative thinker and effective listener
  • Portfolio of creative content work that you have produced – demonstrating projects from concept to creation
  • Knowledge of current social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and how to create, implement, and execute a social media strategy and calendar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including copyrighting and editing knowledge
  • Commitment to academic integrity and compliance with University, conference and NCAA regulations

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year institution
  • Experience working in athletics, as a player, coach or administration
