Job Summary:

The principle duties of the Student Life Manager for Engagement will be to oversee co-curricular involvement programs within the Wisconsin School of Business Undergraduate Program. This position will serve as the program coordinator for Business Connect, the Residential Leadership Community for 120 first-year direct-admit business students. This position will also oversee the dual-registration process for over 40 business-specific Student Organizations and will provide training, support, and supplemental advising to those Student Org. Leaders. With support from leadership and students, this position will play an integral role in the creation of a safe, welcoming, and inclusive Wisconsin School of Business Undergraduate Program.

Qualifications:

Type of relevant work experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience in an educational setting.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.

Preferred
Well qualified applicants will possess:
- Experience in providing student service support and working with undergraduate students.
- Experience with program/curriculum development and/or facilitation.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment in which the value of each person's identity, culture, background, experience, status, and abilities are recognized, supported, and respected.
- Ability to set priorities while independently handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Flexibility with work schedule is necessary, as weekends and evenings are required.
