We are seeking a Data Manager and Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for:

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information science or management information science or related field with at least three years of relevant full-time experience in the collection and analysis of data to support data informed-decision making. Must have experience in building dashboards that utilize data from multiple sources.

Master’s degree in related field with at least one year of relevant full-time experience in the collection and analysis of data to support data informed decision-making such as institutional research, assessment, effectiveness or data analysis. Experience with predictive modeling for student and program success. Must have experience in building dashboards that utilize data from multiple sources.

We are seeking a Data Manager and Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- database modeling
- data collection and management: acquiring data from SQL, other database servers, and other sources; data cleaning (identify and correct data quality issues); and data merging
- data analysis, trending, projection and predictive analysis, reporting
- statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods for the purposes of program assessment, quality improvement, accreditation compliance monitoring, and evaluation of processes, performance, effectiveness, efficiency and other quality measures.

- experience with academic and administrative data sources
- experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Eg. EXCEL and Microsoft Power BI or other) able to work independently with a high degree of reliability, accuracy, and productivity
- able to exercise independent judgement effectively in decision making process
- able to work across multiple levels of an organization to achieve results
- strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- strong interpersonal, team and communication skills
- desire and capability to continue self-directed learning in the field
- commitment to team growth through sharing of knowledge and integration of skills
