Job Summary:

Provides administrative support for a department, group of professionals, or to the manager of a work group consisting of professional staff and subordinate supervisors in support of unit goals, under general supervision

This position is responsible for a wide variety of administrative and support tasks, including but not
limited to:
50% - Faculty and Student Support
Prepare course materials, triage student matters, set-up evening and weekend classrooms, oversee
student mailings, and department communications and events coordination.
25% - Central Office Management
Set-up and maintain classroom supplies, greeting visitors, answering phone, respond to general email
and phone inquiries, program and staff shared calendar, and help prepare/support annual budget.
10% - Events and Facilities Support
Assist in room reservation, workshops and seminars, hooding and graduation ceremonies
10% - Department Communications
Maintain student newsletter and help prepare faculty and student letters
5% - Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years work experience required. Experience working in an office setting providing high level administrative support desired.
