Job Summary:

Join the friendly administrative team at UW Veterinary Care (UWVC)! If you enjoy experiencing something new and different each day and working in a fast-paced, friendly, and supportive environment, then look no further!

This position supports the operations of UWVC by facilitating special order requests, from medical supplies and equipment to dog food and leashes. This role also supports hospital personnel with electronic reimbursement requests, travel needs, and maintaining and tracking staff expenses.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic mathematics and basic accounting required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Knowledge of UW-Madison campus purchasing policies and procedures preferred but not required. A valid Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Additional Information:

Requires the ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
