Reporting to the Senior Director of OHIO Online
Enrollment, the Regional Director, Strategic Partnerships leads the
development of new strategic partnerships and manages key partners
to drive enrollment growth across the portfolio
of OHIO online programs. The incumbent will provide
leadership and manage a team of Directors of Strategic Partnerships
to deliver established goals. The role is expected to develop and
implement a key partnership and territory management strategy for
Ohio University. The position will define both short and
long-term strategic goals in relation to partnership and enrollment
growth and be responsible for managing key partnerships while
maintaining an extensive knowledge of market
conditions.
Develop new strategic partnerships and manage key partnerships
within assigned region. Monitors, analyzes and anticipates market
trends to identify new, emerging and enhanced partnership
opportunities with current and prospective organizations including
academic, industry and agency partners. Deliver presentations
to groups in order to build awareness of OHIO online and
partnership potential advantages. Research, recommend, and
participate in appropriate regional, professional organizations or
events to represent OHIO and extend reach. Provide senior
leadership with accurate and timely information about new
partnership development results on a continuing basis so as to
facilitate informed decision-making. Stay abreast of developments
in region that impact workforce development, partner updates, large
employer initiatives and other issues which may impact higher
education and leverage those developments to
enhance OHIO partnerships. Incorporate consistent
utilization of marketing and partnership communication that will
enhance OHIO being top of mind for educational
opportunities.
Provides leadership and directs the strategies and activities of
assigned region to optimize efforts and drive growth. Establishes
key metrics and performance measures in collaboration with Senior
Director of OHIO Online Enrollment that enables the team
to achieve maximum productivity on an ongoing basis. Ensure each
Director has a relevant strategic partnership plan for every
partnership, ensuring partnership launch, maintenance, project
timelines, student impact, and enrollment growth are achieved.
Guide the team in building key relationships that culminate in
partnerships for Ohio University with organizations including
academic, industry and agency partners. Develops and implements
territory management and key account management practices and
develops the regional team to optimize their performance. Works
closely with Senior Director of OHIO Online
Enrollment to manage and support the relationships with
remote and onsite teams to drive enrollment growth
objectives.
Daily management of all recruitment and relationship activity with
appropriate history and account information. Management of team
recruitment and relationship activity. Liaise with
appropriate OHIO staff on partnership, external
relations, marketing and other miscellaneous issues. Effectively
handles highly complex work initiatives and resolves highly complex
issues. Other duties as assigned.
The hiring range for pay grade 18 is $58,972-$98,125 and the
target salary range for this position is $58,972-$68,556. Salary is
commensurate with education and experience, while also considering
