Director of Facilities Management

Buena Vista University has an opening for a Director of Facilities Management. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing all facilities and administrative functions. This includes the oversight of all physical facilities, university grounds, custodial services, facilities management budget, supervision of new construction, and remodeling of facilities.

A successful applicant must possess excellent written and oral communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree is preferred, plus five years of experience in a facilities management setting is required. A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
