Job Summary:

This is a collaborative position within the education team assisting with the management of the administrative activities of multiple training programs within the Department of Medicine - Division of Cardiovascular Medicine (CVM). The CVM training programs are complex and dynamic with a primary subspecialty program and four dependent sub-subspecialty programs. This position uniquely offers opportunity for growth within the team structure for a qualified individual to advance into an ACGME-recognized role as Program Coordinator for one or more of the sub-subspecialty programs.

Preferred
Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications:

Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex).

Preferred: Experience in education administration, health care, or office management is a plus. Previous experience working in Graduate Medical Education or related field (such as Undergraduate Medical Education), or other demonstrated commitment to medical education is highly desirable.

Additional Information:

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring eligibility for employment in the United States on or before the effective date of the appointment. University sponsorship is not available for this position.
