Position Summary: The Director of Recruitment and Admission for Community College Partnership Programs leads the recruitment and enrollment efforts of our community college academies at Sinclair Community College and Columbus State Community College. The Director will manage outreach and recruitment strategies for prospective students by leading the strategic development, planning, and implementation of new programs and services to assist students in successfully navigating pathways at both colleges. The Director will work very closely with key program constituents at each institution to advance engagement with a diverse and talented population of prospective students for each Academy.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Recruitment and Admission for Transfer and Strategic Partnership Programs, the Director will collaborate with other Directors in Recruitment and Admission, and key constituents within Enrollment Management and across the university to ensure students have a smooth transition to the University of Dayton. This position requires creativity and strategic thinking and will play a key leadership role in influencing the ideal diversified enrollment picture for the University of Dayton. Minimum Qualifications:

Completion of a Master's degree from a regionally accredited university.
Three or more years of progressively responsible work experience in higher education, including recruitment, admission, enrollment Management, or college student personnel.
Two or more years of supervisory experience.
Two years of experience with administrative tasks including the planning of programs or managing projects.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
A desire to develop an appreciation and understanding of the University of Dayton's Catholic and Marianist tradition.
Driver's license and low-risk driving record and able to be insured by the University.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Higher Education or Student Affairs.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse group of campus constituents including administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
Five years of progressively responsible work experience in higher education, including recruitment, admission, enrollment Management, or college student personnel
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
Demonstrated successful experience and knowledge working with student information systems such as Banner, CRM systems, and/or related reporting software.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated effective presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data to influence decisions that drive specific goal achievement.
Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to develop a team around the common goal of excellence in program integrity and customer service.
Professional experience in enrollment management or student support services.
High attention to detail with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
Self-starter with excellent project management abilities.
Demonstrated successful experience working in recruitment and admission or enrollment management.
The ability to inspire and direct others in their work.

Special Instructions to Applicants:

First round interviews will be conducted via phone, and if selected for a second-round interview, those will be conducted either in-person, or via Zoom. Position is expected to work both in-person and remotely, and the person holding the position may be located in either Columbus or Dayton.
