The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) College of Business Administration invites applications for non-tenure system faculty positions: part-time Adjunct Instructor, full-time Instructor, full-time Lecturer in its Professional Development Program (PDP).

Non-tenure system faculty in the Student Professional Development Program teach courses designed to develop student leadership, communication, collaboration, professionalism, and civic engagement. These classes include, but are not limited to, BA 100 Introduction to Professional Development, BA 220 Business Professional Development II, BA 320 Civic Engagement, BA 420 Professional Presence. Faculty also design and deliver co-curricular workshops, activities, and other opportunities to provide students additional chances to enhance these skills. Faculty also provide service to the unit, college, campus, and university as appropriate. 

For both part-time and full-time positions, a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience is required. For teaching BA 100, BA 220 and BA 420, an additional qualification of 1 year of improvisational theater training is also required. 

For consideration for the rank of Lecturer, a master's degree is additionally required. 

Salary, compensation, and rank/title will be commensurate with and based upon academic qualifications and experience.
