Position Summary: Under the general supervision from a designated supervisor, the position of Admissions Coordinator is to implement and explain program admissions policies and to evaluate and process admissions applications. This position serves as the primary contact for the public with the responsibility of providing admissions counseling via the telephone, electronic, print, and in person communication. The Admissions Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in the coordination of the clinical education component of the doctoral program. Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree and experience working in higher education. Experience with admissions and/or enrollment management. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to multi task and prioritize appropriately. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly follow through on directions and specific instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a physical therapist educational program, health care, or physical therapy practice. Advanced computer knowledge and skills including database management and integrations as well as basic understanding of website design and management. Experience with recruitment material production including but not limited to printed materials, use of websites, and social media platforms.
