Job Summary:
The Records Coordinator will coordinate student records and enrollment processes, process transcript requests, and troubleshoot issues for students, faculty and staff at all campuses. Responsible duties can vary and may not consist of all items listed below.
  • Manage various phone calls that come to the Office of the Registrar, with the ability to handle situations that are related to records, transcripts, evaluations and diplomas.
  • Monitor transcript requests, update student information and troubleshoot issues with Parchment system. Print and mail official transcripts, when necessary.
  • Respond to requests for information via phone, fax, mail or email. Verify student address and account information.
  • Research and troubleshoot issues concerning requests, grades, and hard copy transcripts.
  • Process numerous forms, enrollment and degree verifications, and requests for transcript.
  • Process diplomas for posting or reorders as necessary.
  • Process incoming transcripts, change of degree program requests and declaration of candidacy for graduation requests.
  • Run complex, multi-step processes related to student grade/attendance processing and reporting each term.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with significant college coursework.
  • Relevant experience in an office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working in a college environment.
  • Experience with Colleague or other similar college software system.
