About the Opportunity:
The Recruitment Administrator supports the recruiting staff by maintaining electronic records in Salesforce CRM system, this includes moving prospects pipeline stages, reconciling of records for accuracy and entering notes on prospect activity. Recruitment administrator will also assist with the nurture of leads electronically by sending outreach emails and texts as directed through the Five 9 system and updating Salesforce. The recruitment administrator will also support recruiting events as needed by assisting with check in, room set up, booking space, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain lead records in Salesforce throughout the funnel

  • Research and clean up duplicate leads

  • Identify domestic pipeline leads and assist with securing domestic appointments for Graduate Counselors

  • promoting upcoming events with identified pipeline leads via text and email in five 9 system

  • redirecting international leads

  • reconciling of records for accuracy and completeness

  • Assisting with event administration as needed

    Qualifications:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree; 2 year of general office experience, customer service or sales experience, attention to detail and strong organizational and communications skills

  • Preferred: graduate admission experience, especially application and document processing experience with CRM systems: Apply Yourself, Salesforce

  • Qualified individuals should be able to articulate a strong commitment to diversity, and have the ability to work effectively with individuals from different backgrounds.

  • Customer service practices and telephone/email/text etiquette
