Assistant Director, Student Financial Services

Suffolk University is pleased to announce a career opportunity as the Assistant Director of Student Financial Services! This is an on-campus position with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement. The Assistant Director is assigned a caseload of undergraduate and graduate students and is responsible for all aspects of the financial awarding process for the students in their caseload in compliance with the University's policies and federal regulation. This also involves handling private educational and alternative loans processing which requires accurate and efficient certification and disbursement of funds. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for exit counseling of students.

Requirements:

bachelors degree and 2-3 years experience in a college/university financial aid office. Preference for applicants with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Candidates should have attention to detail, public speaking ability, and a desire to work in a fast-paced customer service setting.
