The Opportunity:
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Worldwide Campus is currently interviewing for an Academic Innovations Project Manager (AIPM) to join the Academic Technology team in Daytona Beach, Florida. The AIPM collaborates with various university stakeholders including Instructional Design & Development, the Rothwell Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence, Information Technology, Academic Technology, college faculty, and vendors on the planning and implementation of new academic software technologies and innovations in Worldwide courses and programs. The AIPM is highly organized, skilled in project management strategies, an effective and timely communicator, and is comfortable working closely with and making presentations to university leadership, vendor representatives, and cross functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of work related experience
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Effective presentation skills
- Thorough understanding of project management principals and software
- Ability to remain flexible and quickly adapt to the changing needs of departments and/or timelines
- PMP or PMI certification preferred but a combination of education and at least 3-5 years of experience in a related field will be considered
