Job Description:

The Graduate Education Program invites applications for part-time field experience supervisors in the initial administrator licensure programs in Principal/Assistant Principal, PreK-8; 5-12; Director of Special Education and Supervisor/Director at the graduate level.

 Applicants should possess at least 5-8 years of demonstrated teaching, administrative and educational leadership experience working in the fields of early childhood, elementary, middle and or high school levels as well as a demonstrated record of success as a leader with a focus on administrator leadership and responsibilities; curricular leadership and assessment; the ability to meet the needs of diverse student and families while ensuring an inclusive and equitable environment for all. Additionally, applicants should be familiar with the Massachusetts Performance Assessment for Leaders (PAL).

Requirements:

  • This position requires at least a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or Administration; current Massachusetts Professional Licensure as a principal/assistant principal PreK-8; 5-12/Director of Special Education/Supervisor Director.
  • Five to eight years of demonstrated teaching, administrative and educational leadership experience. Prior experience evaluating and mentoring administrator licensure candidates is highly desirable.
  • This position relies on using an on-line, teaching and learning platform. As a result, proficiency and expertise using technology is expected.
