is seeking a full-time Assistant Professor of
Biochemistry. The position reports to the Chair of the
Chemistry Department within the Division of Natural
Sciences, Engineering and
Mathematics in the School of Arts and Sciences.
The start date for the position is August 2022.
General responsibilities for the position include teaching
undergraduate lecture and laboratory courses
in biochemistry as well as either general or
organic chemistry, conducting research involving and suited
for undergraduate student participation, and service activities as
needed by the department and the university. A Ph.D.
in biochemistry; excellence
in teaching, scholarship, and service; and
a commitment to the university's mission are
requirements for the position.
