A strong preference will be given to applicants holding a Master’s degree in International Business or an MBA with an international emphasis. Applicants with a Master’s degree in a closely related field relevant to the mission of the Kelce College will also be given consideration. At least three years of professional experience working with international customers, companies, or organizations OR three years of teaching in higher education is required.

Courses are taught across multiple modalities (face-to-face and online). As a full-time faculty member, the successful candidate will provide service to the university, college and community.
