Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Office Coordinator in the Linda Grunin Simulation Lab and Learning Center in the Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies.

Required Skills or Software:
Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2013, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2013, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment

Required Years of Experience: 3

Other Requirements:
Superior organizational and analytical skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner. Detailed-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Resourceful, a good problem-solver and organized.

Must be able to interact with students, University personnel, clinical partners and outside constituencies necessary. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively. Must be able to take direction, work independently, as well as function as a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an educational setting. Familiarity with nursing/medical terminology. Scheduling, budgeting and financial reporting experience. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word 2013 and Excel 2013.
