Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Financial Aid Assistant in the Financial Aid department.
The candidate would be expected to: serve as the first contact for the Financial Aid Office; the position is a liaison for prospective students and their parents, currently enrolled students, the University community, and the public at large. Provide general information about the University and its administrative processes, as well as specific information about the financial aid process.

Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2013, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2013, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment
Required Years of Experience: 3
Other Requirements:
Experience in providing quality customer service either in person, on the phone or via email.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel 2013.
