About the Opportunity:
With a focus on College of Business Administration programs, advise and counsel full- and part-time students and their families on the availability of financial aid, the delivery process for receiving it, and the reconciliation processes required to insure that financial aid funds are transferred to students' accounts. Review student applications, perform verification procedures, review/evaluate appeals, and intercede for students with participating departments (School administrators, student accounts, registrar, and co-op).

Bachelor's degree and 2 - 5 years of experience in student personnel administration, preferably in financial aid or college admissions required.
Knowledge of Title IV regulations, federal Financial Aid needs analysis preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate well by telephone and email.
Working knowledge of PowerFAIDs, Banner, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population.
Experience working with non-traditional student populations and adult learners preferred
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
