Job Description

Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), located in Reno, Nevada, actively maintains a pool of qualified individuals to be selected from on an as needed basis by the department to fulfill part-time temporary needs.

Required Qualifications - graduation from high school or equivalent education or six months of general work experience or demonstrated maturity and responsibility (i.e., volunteer work or family duties)

Job Duties - answer phones, monitor entrances, greet and direct building visitors, walk through the building to make sure everything is in order, check and respond to email, communicate with supervisor, open or close the building per the schedule, and other duties as assigned

Other Job Responsibilities - the ability to work independently, maintain a polite and professional manner, and to follow through on assigned duties

Schedule - The TMCC Health Science Center is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 10pm, and some Saturdays. The position work schedule will be an agreed upon schedule of mornings and/or afternoons and/or evenings, including some Fridays and Saturdays.

Location - William N. Pennington Health Science Center, 18600 Wedge Parkway, Building B

Compensation - $14/hour, up to 19 hours per week
