Associate Director of Recruitment

Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management, the Associate Director of Recruitment is responsible for leading the effort to identify, recruit, and enroll an academically qualified and diverse population of graduate students each year. This position will serve as the “face” of Tulane School of Social Work (TSSW) by attending recruitment events and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective students and applicants throughout the admissions process until matriculation. The Associate Director of Recruitment will oversee and participate in TSSW hosted recruitment and yield events, assist with marketing initiatives to increase enrollment, and manage a team of Admissions Counselors.
