Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Teach classes in the Literacy/Reading Specialist program and the QUEST/Master of Arts for Teaching program.
- Advise and mentor candidates in the Literacy/Reading Specialist program.
- Review applications of teachers applying for the MACT Literacy/Reading Specialist and the Dual Literacy/Mulitsensory program.
- Contribute to the national visibility and impact of School of Education by conducting research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and presenting at state, national and international conferences.
- Develop ongoing relationships with school districts regarding their literacy program.
- Collaborate with faculty and program directors involved in the Master of Arts for Certified Teacher program.
- Teach remotely and use Blackboard as an on-line platform to post material.
