Course: PTH 5401 Statistics & Research Methods

Time/Day(s): 1:00pm-3:50pm, M & R, Center for Graduate Studies

Qualifications: Graduate or Master's degree in discipline. Official transcripts due upon hire.

This course introduces evidence-based practice and the theory and practice of research. The components and processes of statistical methodology and quantitative and qualitative research designs are emphasized. Learners access a variety of literature sources to develop a research question, propose methods and expected clinical outcomes, which are defended orally and evaluated by peers and faculty.
