Bibb fellows will teach three undergraduate courses each semester and will receive mentorship, and support from a team of University colleagues on teaching effectiveness, scholarship, professional service, and career development. They will also have access to training, mentorship and support through programs, workshops, and groups available through the Center for Excellence in Learning, Teaching, Scholarship and Service; the Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement; and the Office of Human Resources.

FSU is a teaching-centered institution with a long history of providing a top quality accessible and affordable education to its students. As an institution that is actively working on anti-racist initiatives, FSU seeks to support the growth and development of BIPOC faculty throughout their careers at FSU and beyond.
