Job Summary
The coordinator for athletic video content is responsible for shooting, editing, and producing all video and digital content for Athletics social media platforms, as well as the Lindenwood Sports Network, which promotes the Athletics department and student-athletes.

Job Responsibilities and Execution
- Oversees daily filming of athletic events
- Creates, shoots, and edits promotional materials for Lindenwood sports team and alumni, to include intro videos, player profiles, and other team related content
- Edits and produces all video packages for Lindenwood Sports Network and the Great Lakes Valley Conference Sports Network (GLVCSN)
- Maintains schedule of events and broadcasting talent for all streaming events
- Ensures that equipment is set up and working properly for streaming events
- Coordinates various video content databases
- Supports the mission of the University and serves as an ambassador of the Q2 culture of service excellence
- Models, supports, and holds others accountable to the University’s values – integrity, dedication, excellence, creativity, and teamwork
- Provides excellent customer service and welcoming environment for guests
- Works closely with coaches to promote their teams/events through video content
- Works with streaming companies to ensure that each event is streamed to proper locations
- Assists Game-Day management team with video broadcasting and streaming
Required Qualifications – An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, design, marketing, communications, sports management, business, or a related field
- Minimum of two years video work experience
- Previous experience within collegiate or professional athletics preferred
- Completion of vaccination status survey and proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of hire.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
- Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
- Ability to create a positive fan environment at athletics contests/events
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of and experience working with social media applications, video production software, and Adobe Creative Suite
- General office setting
- Flexible schedule, including night, weekend, and holiday work
- Ability to work effectively at a computer for up to eight hours daily
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function
