Job Description:

The Department of Business & Economics at Salve Regina University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor with a start date of August 22, 2022.

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in business analytics, relevant business applications (e.g., Excel, R, Python), and contribute to cross-disciplinary curriculum development. In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate teaching excellence, an active research agenda, industry experience, and a strong ability to successfully mentor and advise both undergraduate and graduate students.


Requirements:

A Doctoral degree is required, and it is preferred that this terminal degree be in a business-oriented discipline. Expertise in business analytics, data science or a closely related field is expected, as is successful college-level teaching experience. Candidates with relevant experience in industry are encouraged to apply. The University's teaching load is 3-4.
