At the graduate level, we offer courses in experimental design, linear, nonlinear and generalized linear models, environmental, mathematical statistics, and stochastic processes. Preference will be given to candidates who can complement the research activities of current faculty, or who meet the teaching needs of the department. For more information about the department, see http://www.tntech.edu/cas/math/. Review of applications will begin on December 6th and will continue until the position is filled.

Applicants will be required to electronically upload a cover letter, CV, copies of undergraduate and graduate transcripts (official transcripts for all degrees conferred required upon hire), and names and email addresses for three professional references who will be asked to provide letters of recommendation. At least one letter of recommendation should address the applicant’s teaching skills. Additionally, applicants are required to submit a statement describing their teaching experience and philosophy as well as a statement of research.  Submission of materials is the applicant's responsibility.
