Job Description:

The Enterprise Resource Planning team is looking for a skilled team member who enjoys using their creative talents to produce business solutions which address the needs of our customers. You will participate in projects to solve business problems and create efficiency. You will work in a collaborative, team environment, participate in the full software development life cycle and produce quality enterprise solutions. You will be required to meet with customers, analyze requirements, propose solutions, create design specifications and prototypes, develop and test new code and document solutions. You will perform enhancements and help maintain existing applications. You must have excellent communication skills, keep current with the latest trends in application development and have a history of producing quality work.

Qualified candidates will have working experience with one or more programming languages as well as SQL (structured query language) and database design.

Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are:
  • Meet with analysts to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
  • Devise and propose solutions for new projects and enhancements to ERP systems.
  • Develop and test new code that maintains the integrity of the ERP system.
  • Develop efficient and performant SQL within the ERP system.

Expected Salary:

Minimum Requirements:

Associate's degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
  • SQL and relational database systems (Oracle, DB2, SQLServer, etc.)
  • Object-oriented programming languages (C#, Java, PeopleCode, etc.) for at least 1 year
  • Source control (Git, SVN, etc.)
  • Issue management or project management
  • Ability to search online resources for answers and learn quickly
