Assistant Director of Digital & Email Strategies

Job Description

The Assistant Director of Digital & Email Strategies will assist in the creation, execution and
evaluation of email communication and marketing campaigns on behalf of the Virginia Tech
athletics department and the Hokie Club. Reporting to the Director of Digital & Database
Strategies, this position will support cross-functional work by producing email deliveries and
managing the department’s email communications calendar, building relationships with internal
and external stakeholders and delivering results inclusive of revenue generation, fan
engagement and customer and donor retention.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree and/or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field with relevant professional experience in a communications or digital marketing capacity within a collegiate sports property, professional sports property, or agency setting.
